Wedding Planning Software
Releventful is an all-in-one business software that was created for Highgrove Estate's personal wedding events. This software will give each bride their own personal portal to view and edit their personal menus, seating chart arrangements, linen selections, contracts, and much more. This software will also help in assisting brides to stay on task by sending frequent notifications to brides about the next steps in their personal wedding planning process. Additionally, all communication between the bride and our staff will take place through the software to create a single space for organized communication between both parties.

Your Highgrove Estate coordinator will work with you and your vendors to ensure a stress-free planning process and day of coordination
Invitation-Only food tasting
A Highgrove Estate-hosted gala filled with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, dinner, and dessert selections from our extensive menu
You will work closely with Highgrove Estate's catering director in order to customize your personal menu
your coordinator will run a one-hour wedding rehearsal the day before your wedding
Covered Bar -large outside bar area, located on our spacious brick patio, overlooking our 7 acre estate
Cocktail Tables - three tall tables, with full-length linens included, set up throughout the cocktail hour area
Covered Pergola - 60 ft long stained cedar pergola, with two large chandeliers
Brick Fireplace - outdoor fireplace located under the covered patio pergola
Outdoor Furniture - multiple tables, chairs, benches, and couches provided
Fans - outdoor patio ceiling fans and high-powered floor fans
Heaters - outdoor patio space heaters
Easels – three tall wrought iron easels, available to use for signage, seating charts, etc.
Grand ballroom - a window-wrapped 3,000 square foot space, including fabric-draped ceilings covered in twinkle lights, along with six large chandeliers, and a grand brick fireplace
Ballroom brick fireplace – this beautiful fireplace is the focal point of our grand ballroom, and is typically featured behind the bride and groom’s table
Cake table - 48 inch round table, with a full-length linen included
Sweetheart table - choose from one of our three available table options for the bride and groom's table - small round table with a full-length linen included, 5x4 farm table, 4x2 farm table
Guest tables - 66 inch round tables, with full-length linens included, and 10 guests seated at each
Reception chairs – walnut chiavari chairs, with ivory seat cushions, set at the guest tables and sweetheart table in the ballroom
Table linens – over 100 different table linens to choose from, for the cocktail tables, guest tables, sweetheart table, and cake table
Napkins – white, black, or ivory linen napkins
China, flatware, & stemware
Table numbers - on silver stands are placed at every guest table
Lantern centerpieces - vintage-inspired lanterns for guest tables
Cake stand & cake cutter - silver vintage-inspired set
Soft beverages - tea, lemonade, water
Champagne toast - served to all guests during reception
Custom wedding cake - created and designed by Bestow Baked Goods
Complimentary cake cutting - Highgrove Estate’s staff will cut and serve cake to your guests
Coffee station - served late into the evening after cake cutting
Take-away newlywed packages - upon leaving the wedding, the bride and groom will receive two full meals, slices of wedding cake, and a bottle of Champagne from their event
