THE WEDDING PLANNING EXPERIENCE
We believe that the wedding planning process and experience should seamless. As a full-service venue, we help you curate your perfect day and take care of all the behind-the-scenes, so that you can focus on what matters most: your love and marriage. At Highgrove Estate, you have complete access to a talented team of passionate experts. You’ll be paired with a bridal coordinator who will essentially be your mini wedding planner (think: planning your timeline, creating your ballroom layout, contacting your vendors, answering any questions you may have, running the behind-the-scenes, and so much more)! Our catering director and Chefs will work alongside you to plan your unforgettable meals. Our service-oriented team provides the set up and tear down of your special day, so that you don’t have to lift a finger. From the moment you walk through our door, you’ll feel like family.
THE CEREMONY
When the doors open and you take your first steps toward your future standing at the end of the aisle, everything else seems to fade away. As you stand beneath the sparkling chandelier, glistening in the sunlight, promise your vows of a lifetime of love beneath our grand 18-foot chestnut-stained pergola. Overlooking scenic mountain views, lush foliage creates the perfect atmosphere to immerse yourself in special moments as husband + wife, while reminiscing and celebrating in the love you share. Our ceremony area is the perfect balance of nature and elegance, and the warmth of the wood transitions seamlessly to every season.
THE COCKTAIL HOUR
Enjoy butler-passed hors d’oeuvres and refreshing signature cocktails on our patio. Lounge in the shade beneath the covered pergola, cozy up next to the outdoor fireplace, or bask in the sun around the 7-acre property. Wow your guests with fun chef-attend action stations, such as the Southern classic Chicken & Waffles, a Parmesan Pasta Wheel, or a Taco Bar. Create a relaxing atmosphere with a grazing station filled with local + international artisan cheeses in combination with an assortment of cured meats. Our Catering Director will work with you to pair your menu with refreshing signature cocktails to complement the evening.
THE WEDDING RECEPTION
You did it! The vows were said, the pictures were taken, and now it’s time to eat & dance the night away under our antique chandeliers, draped ceiling, and twinkling lights. Our professional team will serve plated dinners table-side, complete with salad, bread, and a duet plate (so no headache of collecting your guests’ choice of food!). After your special dances are completed and you cheers along to your toasts with your complimentary champagne for every guest, it’s time to cut the cake! Once you take your first bite as Mr. + Mrs., your bridal coordinator will step in to cut and serve the cake for the rest of your guests. Take a break from the dance floor to grab a treat from the Krispy Kreme flambé station, a savory flatbread pizza and French fry station, or a Shakes & Spirits milkshake bar!
THE RENTALS
When we say everything is included at Highgrove Estate, we really mean it. Save yourself the time, stress, and added costs of separate rentals. You’ll work with our team of experts to design your dream day, and we’ll take care of all the set up. We’ve covered the details so you can just enjoy your special day. Included in all of our packages are:
