REQUIREMENTS:
*Previous service experience is a plus, but it is certainly not required. All that we ask is that you are teachable and willing to learn!
*Must be a team player. At Highgrove Estate, each member of our team serves a purpose and we couldn’t do this without you or by working together!
*Must be able to effectively assist and serve our guests with enthusiasm and respect.
*Must be available and able to work weekends. This can include Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays.
*Must be at least 16 years of age or older.
*Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and perform various activities, such as constant standing, walking, reaching, and squatting.
*Must understand and uphold our values and standards of excellence, thoroughness, honesty, and integrity.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have excellent hospitality skills. They will be a hard worker and hold attention to detail while remaining organized. The ability to work well with people and have a friendly demeanor is a must! The candidate will have good time management and the ability to focus and multi-task in a fast paced environment, under short time constraints, and within established deadlines.
