Highgrove Estate provides every detail under one roof. Our on-site kitchen, staff, and coordinators are all here to serve and help create the most amazing wedding day experience possible.

With 15 years of award winning experience, you can trust our team to take care of the details so you can relax and enjoy your wedding day. While you are getting dressed and sipping champagne in our bridal suite, your personal Highgrove Estate Bridal Coordinator is reviewing your tailored timeline with all of your vendors. As you are taking photos, our staff is setting the silverware and lighting the candles. From the gorgeous linens to the vintage style centerpieces, from your hors d’oeuvres to your wedding cake, you can rely on our team to coordinate the wedding day you dreamed of.

  • Consultation with our Personal Bridal Coordinator – customize your wedding day details
  • Invitation-Only food tasting – a Highgrove Estate hosted gala filled with drinks, dinner, and desserts
  • Consultation with our Catering Director – customize your personalized menu
  • One hour wedding rehearsal – the day before your wedding day
  • Highgrove Estate Personal Bridal Coordinator – will work with you and your vendors to ensure a stress free planning process and day of celebration
  • On-Site parking – with attendants
  • Access to the house 3 hours prior to the on-site ceremony – for wedding party and outside vendors

Bridal Suite – includes complimentary lite fare, water bottles, and a Champagne toast for the bride and bridesmaids upon arrival

Groom’s Suite – includes complimentary snacks, water bottles, and a beer toast for the groom and groomsmen upon arrival

Special Suite – a space for parents and grandparents to wait and anticipate

  • Ceremony – 30 minutes included
  • Premium Lebleu water bottles – chilled and ready for your guests upon arrival to the ceremony
  • White padded ceremony chairs – on terrace lawn overlooking Lake Laurel
  • Shepherds hooks – placed down the aisle for any floral, candles, lanterns, etc. provided by you or your florist
  • Cocktail Hour – first part of the 4 hour reception
  • Gorgeous covered outside bar area
  • Grand covered pergola and outside lounge area – wood pergola dressed with large chandeliers and covering our striking outdoor brick fireplace
  • 3 cocktail tables – with full-length linens (over 100 linen options)
  • Complimentary Soft Beverages – tea, raspberry lemonade, and water
  • On-Site freshly prepared food, created by our in-house chefs, and served by our highly trained team
  • Custom Classic Wedding Cake – created by our personal in-house pastry chef
  • Complimentary cake cutting
  • Champagne toast – served to all guests during reception
  • Complimentary coffee station – served late into the evening after cake cutting

  • Small round sweetheart table with a full-length linen – a seating option for the bride and groom (over 100 linen options)
  • Small farmhouse table – an additional seating option for the bride and groom (4ft or 5ft table lengths available)
  • 48 inch cake table with a full length linen (over 100 linen options)
  • 66 inch round guest tables with full-length linens – seats 10 each (over 100 linen options)
